The scope of services will be confirmed in writing or through a service agreement.
2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are provided based on the information given by the Client.

Final pricing may vary if additional services are requested or if the scope of work changes.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability and Limitations

We take great care in our work but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or defects in property materials.

We are not liable for damage caused by unstable structures, unsafe conditions, or failure to disclose necessary information.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
7. Health and Safety

We comply with applicable health and safety laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or hazardous to our staff.
8. Service Guarantee
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within [24/48] hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. The Client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Privacy
