At Excellence Property Services LLC, we strive to provide high-quality interior and exterior cleaning services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Refund Policy - the basics
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to revisit and correct the issue at no additional cost.

We do not offer cash refunds.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Services were not delivered as agreed in the service agreement.

Excess payments or billing errors occurred.

A confirmed cancellation was made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Refunds will not be provided if:

The Client fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

The environment is unsafe or unsuitable for service, preventing completion.
-
The Client requests additional services beyond the original agreement.

Dissatisfaction is reported after the 24-hour notification period.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of any prepayment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 of the service cost.

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies), we will speak with the client to reschedule the appointment for as soon as possible.
4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
